EKSPLORASI PERGESERAN NILAI PRAKSIS PANCASILA PADA MASYARAKAT URBAN KECAMATAN MAMUJU KABUPATEN MAMUJU PROVINSI SULAWESI BARAT

Abstract

This research aims to (1) To find out what are the shifts in the value of Pancasila praxis in the urban community of Mamuju Regency. (2) To find out what obstacles are in implementing praxis values in the urban community of Mamuju Regency. This study uses a qualitative research approach from the type of descriptive research.  The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data obtained from the results of interviews, observations and documentation. The informants in this study are the people of Mamuju District. The results of the study show that (1) The shift in praxis values in the urban community of Mamuju District can be seen from the change in community orientation towards mutual cooperation activities, a sense of kinship and social solidarity. Urban society tends to be more individual and only focuses on life goals. (2) Internal and External Obstacles in the Implementation of Pancasila Praxis Values. The internal constraints of urban society can be seen from the lack of understanding and deep internalization of the application of Pancasila values among the community, especially the younger generation, namely students and students as immigrants to continue their education. So that the impact can affect the loss of trust and strength of the value of Pancasila itself.
