Pengaruh Permainan Tradisional Engklek terhadap Perkembangan Motorik Kasar dan Numerik Anak Usia 5-6 Tahun di TK Gracia Sudiang

Abstract


This research investigates how traditional engklek games affect gross motor abilities and numeracy in 5-6-year-olds at Gracia Sudiang Kindergarten. This research is centered on the relevance of early stimulation for children's gross motor abilities and numeracy. Non-Equivalent Control Group Design is used for quantitative quasi-experimental research. 26 youngsters were separated into 13-child experimental and control groups. We collected data via observation and testing. Data analysis used descriptive and non-parametric statistics. Traditional engklek games improved gross motor abilities and numeracy in the experimental group. Notably, the control group did not rise. Engklek games are effectively used as a fun contextual learning technique to enhance early childhood development.
