ANALISIS KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN TERHADAP KEPUASAN PASIEN PENGGUNA BPJS DI PUSKESMAS ARALLE KABUPATEN MAMASA
Abstract
BPJS merupakan badan hukum yang didirikan berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 Tahun 2011 untuk mengelola program jaminan kesehatan. Program ini akan berjalan dengan baik jika didampingi oleh penyedia layanan kesehatan yang memberikan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Puskesmas adalah salah satu yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat, terutama dalam hal memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas kepada masyarakat serta menimbulkan kepuasan dan mempengaruhi Kesediaan pasien untuk kembali ke fasilitas yang memberikan pelayanan. Namun saat ini penilaian pasien terhadap pelayanan pengguna BPJS masih kurang baik. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan kesehatan terhadap kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian observasional analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional study yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Aralle Kabupaten Mamasa pada bulan Mei s/d Juni 2024, jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan metode accidental sampling. Hasil penelitian yaitu ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pelayanan kesehatan dengan kepuasan pasien pengguna BPJS di Puskesmas Aralle Kabupaten Mamasa dengan nilai P 0,000<0.05. Diharapkan kepada pihak puskesmas dapat meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang memuaskan.
