Abstract

Penyakit tidak menular (PTM) merupakan tantangan kesehatan global yang membutuhkan strategi pencegahan komprehensif melalui peningkatan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan berbasis teknologi digital. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di wilayah perkotaan dengan melibatkan 20 tenaga kesehatan dari berbagai tingkat pelayanan. Pelatihan dilaksanakan selama tiga bulan menggunakan platform digital, simulasi kasus, dan evaluasi pre-posttest untuk mengukur peningkatan kompetensi dalam pencegahan PTM. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan kompetensi tenaga kesehatan dalam pencegahan PTM. Rerata skor kompetensi manajemen kesehatan digital meningkat dari 72,85 menjadi 91,85 pada post-test, sedangkan kompetensi promosi kesehatan digital meningkat dari 55,4 menjadi 85,2. Tingkat kepuasan peserta mencapai 92%. Program peningkatan kompetensi berbasis digital terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan tenaga kesehatan dalam pencegahan PTM dan dapat direplikasi untuk memperkuat sistem kesehatan preventif.
