Implementasi kebijakan dana desa berbasis kearifan lokal di desa karma kecamatan tinambung

Abstract

Local wisdom is the nation's cultural heritage. Local wisdom is different in each region and contains norms and values. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of local wisdom-based village fund policies in Karama village, Tinambung sub-district, this researcher uses a qualitative approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Informants for this research included the village head, village secretary, hamlet head, and the Karama village community. The research results show that the bureaucratic structure in Karama village, consisting of the village head and village officials, has an important role in planning, decision making, implementation and supervision of village funds. The decision-making process is carried out through village deliberations in which all elements of society participate. Local wisdom is the main basis for determining the types and priorities of funded projects, such as infrastructure development that supports local traditions. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of local wisdom-based village fund policies in Karama village has had a positive impact on the development and welfare of village communities, active community participation and preservation of local wisdom are the keys to the success of this policy, however, further efforts are needed to overcome existing challenges. and strengthening the capacity of village officials to ensure the sustainability of the benefits of village funding policies
