PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN MELAYANI, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA DOSEN DI UNISKA BANJARMASIN
Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan melayani terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen di UNISKA Banjarmasin. (2) menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dosen di UNISKA Banjarmasin. (3) menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja dosen di UNISKA Banjarmasin. (4) menganalisis pengaruh langsung gaya kepemimpinan melayani terhadap kinerja dosen di UNISKA Banjarmasin. (5) menganalisis pengaruh langsung budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen di UNISKA Banjarmasin. (6) mengidentifikasi hubungan tidak langsung antara gaya kepemimpinan melayani dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen melalui kepuasan kerja di UNISKA Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini menggunakan korelasi deskriptif dengan model analisis jalur untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh dosen UNISKA sejumlah 500 orang dengan sampel 200 orang Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh langsung secara signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan melayani, budaya organisasi, terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja dosen di UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin. Selain itu, terdapat juga pengaruh tidak langsung antara kepemimpinan melayani, budaya organisasi, dan kinerja dosen di UNISKA MAB Banjarmasin melalui kepuasan kerja.
