Manajemen Modal Manusia (Human Capital) di Rumah Sakit: Dampak Keadilan Organisasi Terhadap Peningkatan Kepuasan Kerja Perawat

Abstract


Keadilan organisasi di rumah sakit sangat penting diperhatikan karena dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja perawat yang selanjutnya akan berdampak pada kinerja pelayanan kepada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keadilan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja pada perawat di rumah sakit. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross sectional. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 133 perawat. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan exhausted sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner. Keadilan organisasi diukur menggunakan Organizational Justice Questionnaire dan kepuasan kerja diukur menggunakan McCloskey Muller Satisfaction Scale (MMSS). Regresi logistik digunakan untuk menganalisis pengaruh dimensi keadilan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja (p value = 0.000, β = 0.823; p value = 0.025, β = 0.542). Sedangkan keadilan interaksional tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (p value = 0.477, β = -0.100). Keadilan distributif merupakan dimensi yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan kerja. Keadilan merupakan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi perilaku staf. Oleh karena itu, untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi, manajemen harus memperlakukan perawat dengan adil.
