PELATIHAN ANALISIS BUTIR SOAL DENGAN PENERAPAN TEORI KLASIK

Abstract


Kegiatan pelatihan analisis butir soal berbasis teori klasik yang dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Selayar merupakan bagian dari upaya peningkatan kualitas evaluasi pembelajaran di daerah kepulauan. Program ini bertujuan untuk membekali guru dengan keterampilan menyusun dan menganalisis soal berdasarkan teori klasik seperti analisis tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda, dan efektivitas distraktor. Pelatihan ini juga memperkenalkan pemanfaatan teknologi berbasis AI untuk membantu guru dalam menyusun soal secara efisien dan sistematis. Artikel ini membahas proses pelatihan, tantangan yang dihadapi, solusi yang ditawarkan, serta dampak terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dan kualitas pembelajaran
