CEMARA: INOVASI EDUKASI GIZI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KESADARAN REMAJA TERHADAP PENCEGAHAN STUNTING DI UPTD SMPN 17 MARUSU
Abstract
Stunting masih menjadi masalah gizi kronis di Indonesia, termasuk di Kabupaten Maros yang memiliki prevalensi tinggi, khususnya di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Marusu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai efektivitas Program CEMARA (Cegah Stunting Masa Remaja) dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja terhadap pencegahan stunting di UPTD SMPN 17 Marusu. Intervensi dilakukan melalui edukasi gizi interaktif melalui media permainan “Monopoli CEMARA” serta pemberian makanan bergizi dan Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD). Analisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan yang signifikan dari rata-rata pre-test 65,81 menjadi 85,81 pada post-test, dengan nilai p = 0,000 (< 0,05). Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa Program CEMARA efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran remaja tentang pencegahan stunting, serta berpotensi menjadi model edukasi gizi berbasis sekolah yang berkelanjutan.
